Passionate About Positively Impacting the Lives of Women!

I am a certified professional coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and I am passionate about empowering women and providing them with unique adventures & opportunities that they might not otherwise experience, so they can expand their range of what's possible.

I love working with women 1-on-1, in groups, and through interactive FUN events. I enjoy witnessing the growth that happens when we give ourselves permission to get outside our comfort zones! 

I have been married for almost 20 years and I have two incredible daughters and they inspire me and remind me of what's truly important. My background is working in the media industry for over 10 years at various companies (CTV, Harlequin, Corus Entertainment, and Rogers) in different roles (research, brand and project management,  and sales).

I now channel everything I've learned, the skills I've developed, etc. into helping women feel empowered and good about themselves. I believe that life is too short to not have fun every single day!
